About Me
I have been a Real Estate Agent for 22 years and I have been witness to many changes in the market and profession. I live in Webster, NY and service Monroe, Wayne and Ontario counties.
I love the business of real estate and from the first moment I started in the business, I decided I would treat this profession as my career and not just a job. Throughout high school and college I worked in retail. I feel solely responsible to my clients (both buyers and sellers) to strive to help them obtain their goals. The majority of my business is from past clients and referrals from friends and clients. I work on all types of properties – residential, new construction, land, resort properties, townhouses and condos.
My entire family is very understanding about my highly demanding real estate career. My husband and I have two grown sons and one daughter. Raising three children brings your values into play – honesty, family values, integrity and manners all of which carry over into my real estate business.
My hobbies are tennis, bowling, volleyball, walking and reading (which I wish I had more time for).

Well, it’s amazing how fast we lose touch when things get moving along, isn’t it? By now, you should have been paid for your work on both Dewberry properties and I can’t say thank you enough for your tolerance, assistance, cajoling, encouragement and friendship through the early and persistent stages of getting these two properties perspective as my Parkinson’s is frustrating me more regularly and my ambition level has reduced to less than it was. Our administration, faculty and students were so impressed with both Donna and Billy. They were simply amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, interesting, helpful and most of all caring enough to meet the needs of every student present (wide range of learning abilities). We were in "awe" when they left and everyone is still talking about what they learned and who they learned it from. Parents are now interested and we are passing on the names if that is OK with you and the office. Of course parents feel comfortable inviting Donna or Billy in if their own children are comfortable with a REALTOR®.
Actually, I'm not sure if Donna and Billy filled you in. But they took it upon themselves to get up really early (we start classes at 7:25 AM at our high school) and come in to answer questions and talk about other aspects of buying a home than just the principal and interest that we discussed with our math classes. Presenting in front of 3 full classes plus guests is a lot to take on at that time in the morning. I wasn't surprised though within the manner of which they responded and came across. They were simply fantastic. It is hard to find the words that describe the great deal of confidence, admiration and gratitude we have for them for coming in to speak to our students. Students need to know this information and to have experts present to them it gives them a reachable goal and ideas for planning their purchase of their first home. So many of them thought they would have to rent for years instead of being able to purchase a starter home. They've logged many hours on the web and have made wonderful presentations of their budget and plans of a starter home and a tomorrow home that may come in 10 years or so. I'm proud of our students and very thankful to the two that braved our busy hallways before the sun was almost up... Donna and Billy.
They are truly gifted and wonderful individuals that made a difference in 70+ lives, not to mention how many they touch at home and with their families that all wanted to hear what the REALTORS shared. We could have gone on for a few more hours but we work on the bell system. Donna and Billy were so well prepared and the students are still using the closing costs sheets they shared with us (not to mention some interested teachers). It must be rewarding working with these wonderful and intelligent people every day. We greatly appreciate the fact they were willing to share their time with us. They would be welcome back anytime!!!
