I was relocating outside of the Buffalo area, so it was important to have someone who would take the time to help guide me through a long-distance move. Colleen did just that—she met with me in person and walked me through what to expect during the selling process. From offering helpful suggestions to make sure the house showed well, to advising on the best time to list for maximum value, and explaining when and why to hold an open house—Colleen covered everything in detail.
She brought in nearly 100 showings and helped me review 30 offers. At first, I was overwhelmed by the idea of sorting through that many, but Colleen organized and presented them in a clear, easy-to-understand way. I felt confident that the offer we accepted was the best one for my situation.

Kelly did a fabulous job of selling our house. First of all, she gave us a frank evaluation of a strategy for the sale, especially how to prepare the house. She made this very easy by having a contractor available to get the job done in less than a week. A few additional items were done by her husband, again expeditiously. The house went up for sale right after we moved out our furniture. She “staged” the house, something I had never heard of before, by moving in attractive furniture and lighting. We got multiple offers within a week of listing the house and closed the sale in less than a month, for much more than we expected.

Kelly and I worked together representing a builder on a real estate matter made complicated by the fact the buyers were seeking FHA financing. There were various certifications, required by FHA, not typical of this type of transaction. Without being asked to do so, Kelly dug deep into the myriad of FHA rules, regulations, bulletins and handbooks in an attempt to find solutions. In the end, the deal closed, due in no small part to Kelly's research. While being very professional, Kelly is very pleasant and is readily available.
