We were absent from Rochester doing this whole process from our winter home in Florida. We brought in 4 realtors, and each was interviewed by my oldest daughter for us. ! My Fiance and I have been on the search for a house since March and did not have luck with what seemed to us as a very frustrating process. From the start of our interview with her, I could since her knowledge on the market and the confidence she had in our house selling quickly for the sale price we were looking for. The pictures of the house were excellent, it made me cry how wonderful it displayed the home and I started to feel the confidence the house would sell. She sent her decorator MaryBeth to give us suggestions on how to show the house. She purchased inexpensive items to compliment the rooms and had us move/remove a few items. In addition we painted a couple of doors on the exterior. The house I was selling, truly looked like a gem by the time Terri posted the pictures. I did not use all of her recommendations due to personal preference, which she did not have any issues with. She helped with paperwork for making offers and, once an offer was accepted, gave references for a home inspector and a mold remediator, two things I needed prior to offer acceptance and then closing.
