Kelly did a fabulous job of selling our house. First of all, she gave us a frank evaluation of a strategy for the sale, especially how to prepare the house. She made this very easy by having a contractor available to get the job done in less than a week. A few additional items were done by her husband, again expeditiously. The house went up for sale right after we moved out our furniture. She “staged” the house, something I had never heard of before, by moving in attractive furniture and lighting. We got multiple offers within a week of listing the house and closed the sale in less than a month, for much more than we expected.

I was relocating outside of the Buffalo area, so it was important to have someone who would take the time to help guide me through a long-distance move. Colleen did just that—she met with me in person and walked me through what to expect during the selling process.
